Got my Trainer Butterfly knife kit today. So now I won't friggin slice my fingers off if I mess up while practicing.

Gotta say, this knife is rad. It looks more like a surgical tool than a knife, even though it doesn't have a sharpened edge. Awesome.

Oh, wait, I should actually post something about writing, shouldn't I?

Okay, so, I posted a couple stories a while ago, and I'm more or less working on a couple more right now. Don't know when they'll be done, but you know. Stick with me here.

Okay, that's it. Gonna play around with this knife for a while, then possibly actually do some writing.

7.62x54R? Kind of a strange round to me....I prefer the 3.9x54, 9mm Parabellum, and .357 Magnum...and maybe .223/.300 Whisper/5.56

Dragunov, Mosin-Nagant, M29, RPD, PKM...

All these and more use 7.62x54r. It's a popular Russian military cartridge!

The Dragunov uses it! What's not to love?

I've really been one for accuracy rather than power...yes, I know it's a Red round. I just like a little bit of unusuality in my weapons...
